Welcome to a Bluegrass Evening with Terje Kinn's Bluegrass Meltdown 💫 We promise traditional bluegrass with drive, nerve, tight harmonies, sparkling interplay and breathtaking instrumental handling. You'll get bluegrass classics, original material and lots of playing joy 🪕🎶 The band consists of: ⭐ Terje Kinn – banjo, mandolin and vocals ⭐ Knut Hem – dobro ⭐ Erlend Skullestad Hølland – double bass and vocals ⭐ Bjørn Haglund – guitar and vocals These are experienced musicians, all with a solid, beating bluegrass heart 💙 They have long experience from studio, stage and touring life with, among others, Øystein Sunde, Bluegrass Playboys, A-11, Beat Tornados, Hot Rod Double, Lucky Lips and Winding Road. The repertoire draws inspiration from legends such as Flatt & Scruggs, Bill Monroe and Jimmy Martin, mixed with tones from later bluegrass names such as Seldom Scene, Tony Rice and Ricky Skaggs 🪕 They also have a brand-new record with original material, and bring tradition, energy and personality into the concert 🎶 🎵 As always there will be a jam after the concert – both for those who wish to participate and those who wish to listen. This will be an evening for you who like bluegrass with drive, nerve and playing joy – in other words: an evening for everyone! 💙
