With five critically acclaimed albums, a Spellemann Award for Vol. 3, and extensive touring across Norway, Europe, Japan, and Canada, the band stands as a musical beacon on the Norwegian jazz scene. Led by Buddy Prize winner Eirik Hegdal, the current lineup features an all-star cast with Eivind Lønning on trumpet, Ole Morten Vågan on bass, and Gard Nilssen on drums. The new ensemble presents entirely new music—playful, melodic, and virtuosic, marked by a broad stylistic range, tight interplay, and touches of absurd humor.
