Donny McCaslin became widely known as the saxophonist on David Bowie’s Blackstar, but has long been hailed as one of jazz’s boldest innovators. With three Grammy nominations and collaborations ranging from Gary Burton to Steps Ahead, he now pushes further with a rock-inspired, guitar-driven sound. His upcoming album Lullaby for the Lost draws from influences like Nine Inch Nails and Neil Young.
