Terms of Service for Godopass AS

Below are the terms for using the Godopass service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), provided by Godopass AS, organization number 834 594 862.

Godopass is a subscription-based service that gives members access to a selection of cultural experiences such as theater, concerts, stand-up, film, exhibitions, and other performing arts.
The Service makes it easy to discover, book, and attend events, as well as receive recommendations and information about cultural activities.

By using Godopass, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These apply to your use of the Service, including websites, apps, features, content, and any software associated with Godopass.

1. Account and Membership

To use the Service, you must register a user account with accurate and up-to-date information — including your full name, email address, and phone number.
Membership is personal and may not be shared or transferred to others. If you suspect unauthorized use, you are required to notify Godopass immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the Service.

2. Subscription and Payment

When you create a membership, you will be charged immediately for the upcoming subscription period (30 days).
The subscription will automatically renew every 30 days until you cancel it yourself. If you do not cancel before the next renewal date, you agree that a new period will be charged automatically via your chosen payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is valid and up to date. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of access to the Service.

3. Technical Availability

To use Godopass, you need internet access and suitable equipment.
We are not responsible for any limitations of the Service due to your technical setup.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after your membership is confirmed.
If you have used the Service — for example, by booking tickets or viewing digital content — the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

5. Booking and Attendance

With a Godopass membership, you can book tickets to available events within the quota applicable to your subscription.
Membership is personal, and identification may be required upon arrival. You may not resell, transfer, or otherwise distribute tickets.

Tickets are offered on a “first come, first served” basis, and availability may vary by event and season.
Godopass cannot guarantee tickets for specific events.

6. Cancellations and Fees

Cancellation without charge: up to 24 hours before the event starts.
Late cancellation (< 24 hours): fee of NOK 100 per ticket.
No-show without cancellation: fee of NOK 200 per unused ticket.

7. Changes to Subscription and Prices

Godopass reserves the right to adjust prices and subscription types.
Changes will take effect no earlier than 30 days after you have been notified via email.

8. Available Content and Restrictions

All content in the Service is for personal and non-commercial use only.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use Godopass for its intended purpose.

Any breach of this, including resale or commercial use, may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Godopass AS is not responsible for what happens during or in connection with events facilitated via the platform.
In the event of cancellations or postponements, we will attempt to notify you, but no refunds are offered for such cases.

10. Privacy

Godopass processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
By using the Service, you consent to us storing and processing the information you provide for administration, offers, marketing, and analysis.

We only share necessary information with partners, such as event organizers for events you have booked.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, and technology on godopass.com and in associated apps are owned by Godopass AS or our partners and are protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use the content without written permission.
Violation of these terms is considered a material breach and gives Godopass the right to terminate your membership immediately.

12. Changes to the Terms

Godopass may update these terms from time to time.
In the case of significant changes, such as price adjustments, you will be notified in advance.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Disputes between the parties should first be attempted resolved amicably.
If this is not successful, the case may be brought before the ordinary courts.
