The weary revolutionary Bob lives in a haze of intoxicated paranoia, on the fringes of society, together with his strong-willed daughter Willa. When his old nemesis reappears after 16 years and his daughter disappears, Bob must throw himself into the search for her, while both father and daughter struggle with the consequences of the past.
