The Brief

Move&Sweat - Saturdays at SALT is where the heat is turned up! We start at 11:00, with dance flowing until 13:00. The full experience runs until 14:00, so you’ll have plenty of time to move, sweat, reset - and do it all again. Flow freely between the dance floor and the steam. Sweat. Cool down. Repeat. Your body will thank you. We can’t wait to sweat it out with you. Saturdays at SALT are HAWT. Music: Mykel is back with his playful and warm music!
