The Brief

Broadway legend Lillian Hall suddenly begins to experience memory loss while rehearsing Chekhov’s The Cherry Orchard. In secret, she struggles with early-onset dementia. Lillian is determined to stay in control and hides her condition from those closest to her, including her devoted assistant and her daughter. As her memory deteriorates and opening night draws nearer, she must confront the fear of losing her identity as both an artist and a woman.
