Beautiful songs about time. The album TID was released at the very end of last year, featuring lyrics by Lars Saabye Christensen and music by Steinar Raknes. As the title suggests, these songs explore time — the time we live in, the time we have, the time we’re given, the time we have left, and the time the planet has left. Raknes is joined by some of Norway’s finest musicians. With a deep love for roots music, americana, blues, and the Norwegian singer-songwriter tradition, they’ve created a truly beautiful record — one we’re very excited to experience live.
