Inspired by one of the greatest achievements in climbing history, legendary climber Robert Caspersen and his team embark on an expedition to the Himalayas with a dream of being the first to conquer one of the world’s highest cliffs - Trango Pulpit. The Norwegian expedition of 1984 was groundbreaking - a milestone in international climbing history - but it also carried a dark side that would leave a lasting mark on the climbing community. Trango portrays two expeditions, 15 years apart, exploring the extreme risks, personal sacrifices, and lifelong pursuit of achieving impossible dreams in some of the world’s most brutal mountain terrain.
