The Brief

An uplifting and powerful stage encounter between Polish and Norwegian jazz musicians. We invite young musicians and audiences of all ages to Intl Jazz Platform, culminating in a joint concert at the National Jazz Scene. Polish and Norwegian music students have come together for intensive days of improvisation, workshops, and masterclasses, resulting in a large collective concert at Victoria. The audience is offered a rare chance to witness new musical friendships forming in real time - collaborations that may shape European jazz for years to come. The concert is free and open to all. Intl Jazz Platform is a Polish educational program run by Wytwórnia Foundation in collaboration with Better Live. In Oslo, the program is led by Kim Myhr, Signe Emmeluth, and Paal Nilssen-Love, in partnership with the National Jazz Scene and the Norwegian Academy of Music.
