The Brief

Welcome to a concert at Sentralen with the Mediterranean Chamber Music Festival! We are looking forward to the second edition of the festival in beautiful Taranto, Puglia, and are excited to give you a taste of the warmth and music at Sentralen already this April. During this evening, you will hear chamber music performed by outstanding musicians, watch a short film created by Alice Bulloni from the first edition of the festival, and learn more about the upcoming festival in Italy. Come and experience the remarkable musicians and music from the festival here in Oslo. The concert program includes music from Stravinsky’s Suite Italienne, Lera Auerbach’s Piano Trio No. 1, and works connected to this year’s theme “Bridge” by Brahms, Respighi, Backer-Grøndahl, and Grieg.
