The Brief

A dark and dystopian fable. Jens Lien’s film, based on a radio play by Per Schreiner, blends genres into an original mix - a dystopian comedy. Trond Fausa Aurvåg stars as Andreas Ramsfjell, a man trapped in a cold, bewildering reality he cannot comprehend. By chance, he meets another man who shares his disillusionment, and together they try - quite literally - to dig their way out of the world they’re in. Cinematography by John Christian Rosenlund.
