EC81 - A Tribute to Eric Clapton (81)

Welcome to a deep dive into Eric Clapton's career. This evening you'll hear favorites from Cream, Blind Faith, Derek and the Dominos, and from Clapton's entire solo career. EC81 is a band originating from Hamar, steadily led by two very experienced musicians: Morten Huuse on keyboards and Tom Erik Antonsen himself on bass. With NRK's former biathlon commentator and big Clapton fan, Andreas Stabrun Smith, on vocals, the stage is set for an evening where Clapton is honored as he deserves. Last year the band played several concerts in connection with Clapton's 80th birthday. Because it was so much fun, the celebration of the guitar hero continues into his 81st year.
