Folk Under Thirty Play Standards: Tarald Kongshaug Quartet

The Brief

23-year-old Tarald Kongshaug is an Oslo-based bassist. He completed his studies on the jazz program at NTNU in autumn 2025. He has made his mark on the Norwegian jazz scene with artists and bands such as Hogne Kleiberg trio, Jesse van Ruller, Grossband and many more. On March 11th, he gathers a group of fantastic musicians with whom he shares a love for standard jazz. The theme "Folk under 30- spiller standardlåter" means that young musicians play standard repertoire. Good to know: * Age limit 20+
