Welcome to the next Morning Beat at Smelteverket on August 19th, where AB kicks off our very first Purple event. Purple events are dedicated to more alternative experiences than a conventional Morning Beat. AB, short for Anne Brit (@ablothe), is an American/Norwegian DJ based in Oslo. Although new to the Oslo club scene, she has already played at multiple festivals since starting out seriously a few years ago. A long-time devotee of serious club music, she delivers an energetic mix of acid and progressive house, often spiced with breaks, groovy techno, and trance beats. Expect 303 growls and bouncy basslines infused with psychedelic elements – just enough to keep things interesting. Dance: 07:00–09:00 Yoga: 09:00–10:00
