Welcome to an evening exploring resistance through art and culture in Afghanistan. It has been five years since the Taliban took control of Afghanistan – a period defined by shrinking human rights, silenced voices and the suppression of freedom. When political and cultural space shrinks, art becomes a powerful tool for freedom, survival and identity.
