Music from the Northern Islands – A Children’s Concert

Have you ever heard Icelandic choral singing or experienced Inuit drum dancing? This short concert gives you a taste of both. The student orchestra STRYK performs alongside Laffí Vocal Ensemble, the children’s choir Litla Laffí, and Mótettukórinn, who have travelled all the way from Iceland. You’ll also get to experience Nuka Alice, one of Greenland’s leading artists today. With her drum in hand, she will sing and dance for everyone who wants to join in and listen. This concert is a shorter version of Navaranaaq, which will be performed at 3:00 PM on the same day, and is especially suitable for families with children. Good to know: • Free admission
