Fifteen-year-old Malou struggles to find herself. Growing up androgynous in a small town is not easy. At the local rowing club, she discovers a passion and excels in the sport. But with a mother preoccupied with dating and the constant bullying from her teammates, the only person she can rely on is her older brother Max. Over the course of the summer, Max introduces his girlfriend Nouria, and Malou’s attraction to her soon develops into real feelings. This complicated situation, combined with uncertainty about her own gender identity, throws Malou into chaos.
