About this experience
This edition of Skikkelig Jazz Trio features Håkon Kornstad (tenor sax), Per Zanussi (bass) and Ståle Liavik Solberg (drums). Having graced stages like Kongsberg Jazz Festival, Hærverk and Last Train, they now bring their music to Herr Nilsen. Kornstad is widely acclaimed for blending genres from electronica to opera, but here he dives deep into the legacy of his saxophone idols – in close interplay with Zanussi and Solberg. Expect music by Duke Ellington, Thelonious Monk, Ornette Coleman, and more.
