The Blair Witch Project instantly gained cult status after its first screening. In 1994, three students — Heather Donahue, Joshua Leonard, and Michael Williams — arrive in the small town of Burkittsville to interview locals about the legend of the Blair Witch for a class project. Heather interviews Mary Brown, an old and seemingly insane woman who has lived in the area her entire life. She claims to have seen the Blair Witch near the woods surrounding Burkittsville, describing it as a hairy creature, half-human, half-beast. The three students venture into the forest — and are never seen again. A year later, a bag containing several film reels is found. The footage is assembled into a film. Dare to watch it?
